This window popped up after upgrading to higher level of software. It will not go away and I just payed alot of money for this. can someone tell how to get rid of this?

Are you talking about an error window or pop up advertisements appearing in lower right corner?
no. This is the window that looks like it should be updating something. noting is happening though. Already tried to uninstall and reinstall three times.
Did it actually start the installation and were did it freeze?
What does it say on pop up window?
Did you disable virus software before installation?
I will try those tomorrow.
Were did you purchase upgrade?
When you try to install again please ensure virus and firewall is disabled for duration of the installation and even try another browser.
If you do not have an antivirus installed, disable windows defender.
