Automatic Fade in and out

I can't seem to find anywhere in the documents or online on how to turn off that automatic volume fader when I put two objects together. I like to create a pulsating or stuttering effect but the automatic fader changes it constantly to what I don't want it be. Which results in the effect not working.

I'm on Magix Music Maker 2023 or that is 31

Hi,

Automatic fades?

There is an automatic fade-out/fade-in only when you overlap two objects on the same track. That is actually a transition.

Could you please show a screen shot of what you mean?

What happens if you put the objects on separate tracks?

As I understand it, you're taking advantage of the automatic fades to create an effect, but that same automatic action kind of ruins what you're aiming for.  I think you can achieve the same idea by placing the objects separately on their own tracks, then drawing volume curves similar to what you'd get if you overlapped the objects on one track. Obviously more complicated, but you also get more control over the result.
