Authorization of Izotope plugins bundled with Sound Forge Pro

I've purchased a license of Sound Forge Pro 13 through Humble Bundle. It allowed me to install bundled Izotope plugins (Ozone Elements and RX Elements), but when I try to launch RX Elements it requires authorization. Where can I get the required serial number?

Hi! Customers only receive serial numbers for the iZotope plugins when they buy Sound Forge from Magix or when they purchase the box version, not when SF is purchased as part of a software bundle. Humble Bundle makes a note of this in the product description.
