audio studio 2005 e version server

Hi,

Magix Audio Studio 2005 e-version and Audio Cleaning Lab 10 are not validating after a hard drive issue.  A friend mentioned that since your offices in the US are closed, the servers may be down as well. We've tried from several access points. What is the easiest solution to this problem, as we have a few upcoming things we'd like to work on, and these are the best for what we're doing. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

Thanks,

DW

@D-Willi1

Hi, welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, I have closed your other post; please do not create duplicate posts asking about the same thing!

Second, these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support so it is highly unlikely that any staff member will see and respond to your post, sorry.

However, assuming you have a Magix account you should be able to log in, go to My Products and access the downloader and serial number for your products. But, these are now very old products and so may not show on your account page. There is also no guarantee that they will run under any recent Windows version.

If you cannot access any on-line account you will need to use this page to contact Magix Support and ask for their assistance.
