Hi @Mike-Trewhella and welcome to the Magix Sound Forge forum.

I am sure about AS (Audio Studio) but in Sound Forge Pro, in the Options menu there is a ."Customize Keyboard" entry. Again, I am not sure if AS is the similar, If you cannot find it, hopefully an AS user can comment..
