Audio recording at 24 bit resolution...

My sound card Edirol UA-1EX is capable of 24 bit recording resolution. Why can't I record at 24 bit with Magix?

I have asked the same question with Magix support.

No doubt you got nice sound card but Magix Music Maker only support 16 bit.

however, In Magix other product Samplitude can not only be recorded in 16-bit quality, but also in far superior 24-bit resolution.

Note: if some how you could reocrd 24 bit in Magix please let me know.

Magix Music Maker only supports 16 bit/ 44.1KHz to 48KHz sample rate

The Magix Samplitude/Sequoia line of products can support 24 bit/ 32 bit float for multitrack I/O audio recording from a 44.1 KHz to 192 KHz sample rate.
