Which Magix product(s) do you need to have already to become eligible for the upgrade? Do you need to buy the coreFX Suite first?

Btw does anyone here know who the developers of Audio Plugin Union are? Do we perhaps know other plugins they've created (not for Magix/Audio Plugin Union)?
