Windows 10 -- laptop in docking station-- when trying to record (or playback) error message about "wave shape device cannot be opened" --- device in use wait til available and try again. Nothing obvious in settings, Magix program is listed as input for output device (Realtek) in settings and seems to be enabled. How to adjust computer settings to enable output from program-- input for recording seems to work fine, at least visual indications from screen.
