Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

Try going to the program settings under File/ Settings/ Program/ and in the Playback tab increase the multi-track and preview sizes but leave the buffer amounts alone to begin with. if you are not running that many audio tracks 32768 samples should do it. Just keep pressing the + button for each one until you get there.
