Audio out of sync on Movie Edit Pro 2017

I have been using Magix movie edit pro 2015  for a couple years now and have never had a issue. Today i started experiencing audio sync issues on a video i was editing. I upgrade to 2017 and am experiencing the exact same issue. Audio is perfectly synced in VLC player and a trial version of adobe premiere. What is causing this issue? I really need some help here. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Try creating a new frame table. Right-click on object, top of the list or close to it.
