Audio Out of Sync on Export

Greetings,

I recently upgraded to the Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus and have experienced a problem I have never encountered before with either the older versions or the 6 recent videos created with this new edition.

The audio of this project in the MVP file is perfectly in sync with the video yet when I export the final cut to the MP4 format, the audio is rendered completely out of sync by about 3 seconds and no matter what I try to relsove it, the problem persists.

Why is this occuring?
