Audio not playing from media pool

Hi, I am using Windows 7 and Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium. After I have recorded a movie from my camcorder and saved it in my media pool under D:\temp\name of file sometimes when I try to load that into the editing monitor/arranger the movie loads ok but the audio does not...i have no sound. On other occasions it works ok? Any ideas what the problem may be please?

Hi

Check that your MEP is patched to the latest version ie  12.0.3.4

You can check this under Help, About . . .

What format are the video clips?

Do they play the sound OK when you play them in the Media pool?
