@nrk You can try to deactivate your firewall or Windows Defender. You can also try to run the software as administrator (right click on the program icon).

Many thanks for your response SP. Strange as it may seem, after shutting the computer down and starting up again later on in the day I tried Magix Audio Cleaning Lab again... and it worked! 😊
