I converted a mov file into a dvd file. Certain parts of the audio track are lower than they should be. How can I equalize the audio track so he level of the sound track is always the same thru out the file ?
The level can be normalized by right-click on the audio track and Normalize (Uppercase+N). Keep in mind: Normalization finds the maximum of a scene, i.e. if a movie is not cut, this applies for the whole film.
In a film, cut into scenes with different levels of the sounds, the levels of the scenes are adjusted relative to the maximum of the individual scenes. This will avoid scenes with a level too low.
