Audio Effects

I am using MM 2019 Premium on a Windows 10 OS. Having resolved the Magix Store issue, but not as yet the host of other issues with this software, I have encountered yet another problem, this to do with the Audio Effects. Simply, they are not working. I cannot apply any effects to my work. Does anyone have this problem? Any work-arounds?

I suspect it might be useful if you were to specify which Audio Effects you are trying to use and whether this is for "Audio" or "MIDI" tracks.

I'm referring to MIDI tracks, and ALL audio effects. Neither the pre-installed nor those that I purchased from the Magix Store as extras are working (such as iZotope etc.). I've looked around the programme for something that I may have missed (usually something simple) but can't find anything that will help.

Thank you for the additional information.

I've just tested this on my machine, opening a MIDI track, selecting a series of built-in Audio Effects and all worked exactly as expected. I realise this is no consolation for you but it does seem that what you are experiencing is not a problem inherent to the software.

So, perhaps we need rather more detail about your computer and the set-up of MM. Specifically, which Audio Driver type are you using? (That should not affect whether or not Effects work but might give us a starting point towards eliminating/correcting the problem.)
