I am interested in purchasing Cleaning Lab 17 or 18. Along with the instructions and program disc do you also get all the leads and plugs to enable you to connect a cassette or turntable to the computer?

No. That package is called "Rescue Your Vinyl and Tapes". It includes Audio Cleaning Lab and the USB phono pre-amp.

You only need the pre-amp for a standard (vintage) turntable. For recording from tape, you only need standard audio patch cables (and possibly an adapter depending on your computer set-up).
