Another option, although it's not ideal, is to partition your hard drive and install XP or Vista as a second operating system to run your older software programs.

The bad part is two operating systems will eat up a lot of real estate on your hard drive.  However, if Windows 7 turns out to be buggy, you'll have another reasonably stable OS to work with.

Either wait for a patch or try running the software in compatability mode (right click on shortcut icon)

Clevo - Can you clarify that for us please?  Which icon are we supposed to right-click on?  Is the compatiblity feature in that menu?

I don't have Windows 7.  I do know there is a compatibility mode in previous versions of Windows, but they are not in the right-click menu in Windows XP.

Thanks
