audio cleaning pro

can anyone tell me how to copy a cd in audio cleaning pro when i insert my cd into the computer the cd tracks do not load so i have nothing to copy, also when i want to burn a cd i have to do it via i tunes ......by pressing the audio cd symble in audio cleaning pro all i get is the message repeat... do i have to make sure that something on my computer is blocking this action for example i tunes,i have tried closing i tunes but nothing seems to work

In Cleaning Lab 11, insert CD into CD-ROM drive, click on "audio CD" in Import section, select titles, click on "Copy selected tracks", follow instructions as they appear on progam screen...again, athis is 11 but it shousldn't bae much different with what you have.

Ay idea what the format is for the tracks you want to copy ? May be a compatibility issue
