Audio Cleaning not importing cd

I had Audio Cleaning Lab 20.0 2014 for approximately 7 yrs. however, it stops importing my cds. It was working fine for a long time. I placed the cd in my player and clicked on import, but nothing happens. I have a Windows 10 Hp, Intel Processor, 16 Gb. I can edit and burn a cd with this software. Thanks.

@geraldmcclaren Does it help if you install the updated Burn Routines from Magix?

I downloaded the Burn Routines from Magix. I can import songs from a cd. Thanks for your help.
