Audio Cleaning Lab hangs on splash screen. No "fixes' work.

I recently purchased the latest version of Audio Cleaning Lab (I purchased the actual disc, not download version). I'm running Windows 10 Home, 16GB. Since the initial install, the application only opened once, right after the install. After that, no matter what I try, it just hangs at the splash screen. I have tried every one of the suggested "fixes", including uninstalls/reinstalls, compatability modes, shutting off virus protection, running as administrator, etc. etc..everything suggested plus a few others. Nothing has worked to fix the problem.

I've send a request for Tech help and am currently awaiting a response. However, in the event that they come back and merely suggest all of the "fixes" that I've already attempted, I'm looking for other possible options.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. Worked up until approx 20th Feb and now will not open. It just hangs at the splash screen. I have the download version and have tried numerous times removing then reloading the program. I am on windows 10 home 64 bit.

Thank you John EB.

Although, I have performed several un-installs and re-installs of my Audio Cleaning Lab software, I have not preformed (or had previously seen) this particular detailed, step-by-step proceedure.

Although my Windows 10 was not an upgrade from a previous version of Windows (my Windows 10 came installed on a brand new Hp Laptop purchased in July of 2016), I don't see why this procedure wouldn't work just the same.

I will go through this procedure tonight after work and report back as to the results.

Thanks for the link!
