ACL 17 is incompatible with Windows 10 - you will have to upgrade to the latest version.

Presumably your previous version of Windows was version 7?

Further to my problem with ACL 17 not running on Windows 10 I tried an installation repair from the original disc and it all works fine!!

Thanks for coming back with a solution - it does raise one question which is a problem with Windows 8 and older versions of some Magix software - is the CD/DVD drive recognised and useable?
