I'm pretty certain that ACL 2016 will not count as a route to upgrading to SF Pro 14! They are completely different programs. However, if you try to use the Upgrade button it might be worth seeing if the website will allow you to do so.

However, I wonder if you are actually referring to Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 2, (SFACL2)? Although the name of the program includes "Sound Forge", again, it is a completely different program to Sf Pro. If you are wanting to buy SFACL2, then yes, I think the Upgrade route should work without problem.
