- Magix Edit Pro 2013 Plus; Windowws 7 /64 bit. When I enter an existing video [any supported format] I can play and edit pictures, but I cannot hear sound. Is there a missing setup setting?

Hi,

It could be one of many things. It could be that your sound card is muted or set to deliver audio to a external source, it could be that the audio track is muted, it could be that the audio codec for the video you have imported is not on your system. With the limited information you have provided it is really hard to even guess what the problem might be.
