ASIO PROBLEM WITH ZOOM H4N PRO

SAMPLITUDE PRO X 5 SUITE, W10 AMD RYSEN 7 PROCESSOR. SOUND INTERFACE: ZOOM H4N PRO, ZOOM F4
All programs see the Zoom Audio Interface, but it does not work due to an error. Anyway, the other Magix programs don't work with it either. With other Audio interfaces yes. I tried to upgrade the Zoom driver to W10 but it doesn't work. What could be the problem?

@Kosa-Endre Are you using Magix Low Latency ASIO? What are your settings in this driver? It would be helpful if you can make some screenshots.

You could try another ASIO driver like ASIO4All or the FL Studio ASIO driver (just install the FL Studio demo and restart your system and you can select it in the audio settings in Samplitude).

@Kosa-Endre

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Are you aware there is a dedicated Samplitude forum here? I would suggest you register and repost there where there are many more users of the software.

However, there have been a number of users of Zoom recorders/interfaces reporting problems with their ASIO drivers with a number of different audio recording softwares. I don't have the H4N but I do have the H2N and can no longer use it as an interface with any of the DAW software I have on my computer.
