The soundpools and songs that come with the program are for private use only.

In theory you can upload to Youtube providing you meet the conditions specified above ie none commercial use, however this is a grey area.

The down side is that you are very likely to be hit with accusations of breach of copyright from others who have purchased and used Pro licenses for the same Soundpools.
