Are the Independence Libraries the Same in Pro X3/Pro X5 Suite?

Hello,
I am just wondering if the Independence Sound content is the same in Pro X3 as it is in Pro X5?
If it is wouldn't it be more cost effective for me to just upgrade from Pro X3 Suite to Pro X5 and just install my Pro X3 Sound Library or does the Pro X5 Library have more content?
And if the Libraries are the same if I just upgrade to the not Suite Pro X5 version can I still use the the Sound Library with a non Suite Software version?
Thank you for your assistance,
Christopher

The libraries should be identical. I don't think they were ever updated with new instruments since version 3 released.

The non-suite edition only has a 12 GB library, not 70 GBs. It could be possible, that you cannot load instrument layers of the 58 GBs that are not part of Pro X5 non-Suite.

Well it would be interesting to try as it would definitely be cheaper to just upgrade to Pro X5 and use my Pro X3 Suite Library but since it's on sale I just bit the bullet and upgraded to the Pro X5 Suite. It would be great if we could just purchase the Pro X5 non Suite version and install the full 70 gigs from Pro X3 Suite. IF so it would save us some money on future upgrades.I have been using Samplitude Since 1991 and pretty much upgrading every year.. At $200 to $300 per upgrade that is approximately $7,250. I am pretty sure the first version I bought back then was at least $600 So I have spent around 8 Grand not to mention a handful of their other products from music maker to video Edit to Xara to their photo editing software.. :)

Thank you for your assistance SP,

Christopher

Magix has sold the Independence Sampler and the full Independence library multiple times very cheap on Producer Planet for like $50 or $100. If you would buy a full version there when the next sale happens, it should be possible to use it in any DAW. So you won't need the Suite Version anymore, if you don't need any other Suite exclusive features.
