APP PROBLEMS

CONCEPTUALBRIM wrote on 6/8/2019, 7:28 PM

I am now fed up with losing precious time spent making unique tracks just for the app to randomly glitch and revert back to home screen WITHOUT SAVING MY WORK. regularly, for example, if my phone dies while working on a project, whenever my phone is back on and I return to the app under make music , my project whenever s left JUST AS I LEFT IT. NOT ANYMORE!!! NOW THE APP GLITCHES ON ITS OWN BUT DOESNT FREEZE. OT ALLOWS YPU TO CONTINUE IF YOU KNOW THE MUSIC PACKS BY HEART BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE THEM. ITS LIKE LOOKING AT MESSED UP ANALOG TV WHILE FINE TUNING IT. AS SOON AS YOU PRESS THE MENU TO SAVE IT BEFORE ANYTHING FURTHER COULD HAPPEND BOOOOM IT RESETS THE APP. WHITE SCREEN THEM LOGO ,100% loading, then home screen , make music tab, NO MUSIC!!! ********! AND YOU GUYS TOOK AWAY MY FREE COINS BEFORE THE TIME WAS UP FOR ME TO EARN THEM. I STILL HAD TWO WEEKS TO EARN 400+ COINS FOR PLAYONG COIN MASTER. THEN YOU STOPPED USING TAPJOY. THATS A RIP OFF BECAUSE YOU STILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO WIN THE COINS IN A TIMELY MATTER.

@CONCEPTUALBRIM

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please do not post potentially offensive words in a forum post, even as initial letters. Forum rule number 1 specifically outlaws this.

Second, please do not post in (almost exclusively) upper case letters; forum etiquette defines that as shouting.

Third, please read this post for details about how to request support for Music Maker Jam.

Forum etiquette?? How about English , pick a country! You can't redefine emphasis for shouting. Shouting is defined as audible in any law. Moving forward, I am the victim here so I believe you're confusing guilt with offense. I am the one at loss and in full legal right to express my disgruntled state due to the various malfunctions. I know no one to attack any individual on a level so personal as to cause offense. EXPLECTIVES CAN NOT BE OFFENSIVE WITHOUT OFFENSIVE TONE TO IMPLY SUCH. AND NEITHER IS BOLD TYPE showing emphasis. You never learn in school that using capital means your yelling. That didn't become an issue until the texting age WHICH WE AREN'T

DOING.

@CONCEPTUALBRIM

I'm sorry you consider yourself a "victim" but I stand firmly behind everything I wrote previously.

Whether or not you accept the view that writing in CAPITALS IS SHOUTING, I think you will find that such a view is common with reference to posting to forums..

I must also say that I do not agree with you that

 EXPLECTIVES CAN NOT BE OFFENSIVE

In my opinion, expletives are always offensive, especially in the context of a public forum to which users of all ages have access.

Returning for a moment to your use of the term "victim"; I think all we fellow-users understand your frustration when any software fails to act or react in the way the user has come to expect. Unfortunately, the reasons for this can be and often are multiple, diverse and sometimes unique to the user's installation and hardware.

Just one other fact that you need to appreciate: these forums are provided by Magix but employees of the company rarely post; the vast majority of responses come from fellow-users.

In your specific case, given the problems are with Music Maker Jam, these are not actually the correct forums for you. You should follow the link I posted in my previous reply and submit your request for support and advice to the specific channel.
