Anyone help?

Hi, I have purchased the premium version of Music Maker which worked fine up until the last software patch was installed. Since then it has reverted to the free version, will not let me input the serial number to re upgrade it and will not let me access any of the premium services. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

Are you logged in to your account within the program? You can also clean up the store from the main program options page. Normally you don't need to reinput your serial if you are logged on.
