"To be deeply unsatisfied" is no valuable argument. I wonder, how so many users feel somehow comfortable with this program and manage quite well to use it.
List some of your problems and the experts in this community might be able to get you going.
(Keep in mind that I am only a user as you are and not depending on Magix.)
I tried the free trial version and could not get past selecting a language before I got a fatal run time error. I wrote to technical support and their answer was that when they tried it, it worked fine. A totally unsatisfactory answer.
When I assumed that it was the trial version that was the issue, and once I was satisfied that this software would do what I needed it to do, and feeling confident that I could get my money back if I had problems based on their website's 60 day money back guarantee, I paid $99 and bought the Plus version (based on tech services advice about features). That download did the same thing. When I brought this to the attention of tech services, the weekend was upon us and they're gone till Monday morning.
Completely dissatisfied with the product and the support and I haven't even installed the program. I challenge you to now find out how to apply to get a refund of the purchase price on their website. I can't.
