Annoying Pop Up ads

Former user wrote on 10/9/2018, 5:03 PM

Due to the proliferation up Pop Ads on my Laptop, I uninstalled my copy of Music Maker. Despite this I continue to get Upgrade pop ups for this program. Please how can I get this stopped? I will not buy or upgrade any more Magix software unless there is a way to leave me alone. (Windows 10 Home x64)

others have posted on this . i also think , in Fire Wall settings Allow program thru fire wall , look for "Connect" and disable it . i think , "Connect" belongs to Magix , though NOT 100 % sure . or , un-install "Connect" from window's uninstall window .

Found Connect in Uninstall Program list - yes it is a piece of Magix software and does not seem to have any specific function (no warning signs re other programs not working properly without it), so have uninstalled it. Fingers xd!
