Can you tell us the exact wording of the error message, or, better still, shows us a screenshot of it?

An error has occurred during the purchase process. That’s the message I keep getting.i can get to where I can enter my card # but that’s it.

Was there an error number - web server errors usually come with an Error xxx where xxx is a 3 digit number and usually starts with 4 or 5.

Have you tried a different web browser?

It doesn’t come with a number,just cancels me out every time.I’ve also tried Microsoft edge as a different browser. I feel like it has something to do with my browser but I don’t know what that is. I’m a fan of the acid program but I’m getting fed up with the fact that I can’t access anything.

the card you tried several times before the success was declined. Please talk to your bank about online payments.
