today i buyed magix video saver at shop Elgiganten, Denmark. product key has been registered on another mail, so how can i get the program software to my acoount

When you purchased the program did you give Elgiganten the same email address you have used for the forum?
If not, try the email address you gave to Elgiganten to register the software.
Otherwise contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net giving them the date of purchase, serial number and a scanned copy of the sales receipt if have one.

Thanks. I came to the software, to choose from video camera, from files, or from video machines . At push botton to dv camera, program shows i need firewire cable..
My new pc dont have this possible. And cable is not included.
So I think it might be impossible for me, to get my 20 dv tapes on my pc.
I have to Pay a company to do the job

Did you get a USB video converter with the program like this
, and does your DV camera have a DV to Yellow/Red/White connectors cable like this
If so you can use these to capture the video from the camera.
