Was the product "brand new", or is there a chance you actually bought a second-hand copy? If it is the former, the only method of possibly being able to resolve it is to contact Magix directly, via infoservice@magx.net, and ask for their help.
If there is a chance you bought a second-hand copy I'm not sure that anyone can help you, not even Magix staff, if the original purchaser did not de-register it.
