Alpha Title on Picture

Dear friends,
I want to have a title-with-alpha on a picture.
I tried to make all.
Fist I followed how to do the Alpha Title.
But then the problem starts. As I try to put these all under the picture, nothing happens i.e. I mean that the Alpha effected title doesn’t come on the picture. (Pictures added to show how I did that)
Please help.

Hi Anirban

By default title backgrounds are transparent so the video shows below the title.  

From what I can see of your image it looks like ou have the title and the coloured image in the wrong order - the coloured image should be on a lower track then the title as shown here
