MAGIX Music Maker 15

When I try to open any mp3 file in a new arrangement I get this error;

The file format of

C:\File\Artist\Album\Title.mp3

cannot be read by MAGIX Music Maker.

Please ensure that the affected drive is not full or

write-protected. (It's not either.)

If you do not have read or write access to this path,

please contact the administrator. (I do have access.)

The only way MMM15 will now recognize an "Any Title.mp3" file is if I open a

saved arrangement that has "Any Title.mp3" in it, then I can add more copies

of "Any Title.mp3" to that arrangement.

All other softwear reads mp3s with on problem.

What happend?

Hi,

How to open saved arrangements?

File/Load arrangements saved arrangement with file extension.mmm will be opened.

How to load audio supported formats(Mp3, wav and OGG etc)?

Click on File Manager, browse the folder, locate required audio file click on it listen or drag and drop on arranger.

If you have already been doing as above then, just re save your saved Mp3 audio in Mp3 format and try again.

I hope there isn't any condition in your MMM 15 to unlock Mp3 after some try?

Thank you

Hi,

You are right, re saving or re converting take time. What I had said was for help.

Here we users share our knowledge, I think it would be better if you could contact Magix Support from website and explain them the problem.

Thank you
