After upgrade to MM2021 from MM2019 my previously purchased synth are not avaliable. Where in 2021 version are located the synths and soundpools? C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common??

and then when i start the MM2021 a message DOWNLOAD FAILURE freeze the program .

Please advise.
