after publishing my website it opens with an 101 error message ???

I published my site and all seems well until I get people telling me that they are getting 101 errors when they type in the site name.

when I clear my cache and try opening the site I also get this error warning and the site will only open after I press F5. Not good !!!

I don't know where to look to solve this problem.. can anyone help ?

I tried in Internet explorer and it didn't load at first. After the troubleshooter started it loaded.

In Chrome it loads after use F5
