Sorry to hear the app will not open for you but we really do need a lot more information from you if we are to have any hope of being able to help you!

Please read the replies from @johnebaker in this very similar thread and give us as much of the requested detail as you possibly can.

One other thought: did you check (on this page) that your computer at least meets, and preferably exceeds the minimum hardware requirements to run the software?
