Advertisements on Windows 10 for Music Maker.

So I bought the full version of Music Maker and I am getting advertisements like ransomware/malware/bloatware fashion when I boot up my computer. I figured buying the full version would mean it disabled advertisements that would slow down my computers start up time and performance. I want my money back if this is how you conduct your business practices. I couldn't even see the "POST" button to finish this post due to the fact of some Halloween advertisement popup. Seems Fruity Loops is a clear choice winner in my DAW shopping cart. I miss Sony.

Completely agree. This loyal user has spent a fair amount of $ since 2015. This nagware has never happened till now. It is unacceptable and if they don't cease I shall remove Magix Music Maker and go with something new.

Hi

. . . . I figured buying the full version would mean it disabled advertisements . . . .

In app advertisements are becoming the norm with a lot of software in order to keep the price of said software down.

In the case of the Magix 'popups' it is easily fixed which is more than can be said for several other software manufacturers - see this comment.

Thanks for reply John.

How do I get to that Magix Connect screen, previously referred to being in the "hidden toolbar"?
