I recently purchased the Izotope package including Ozone, Neutron and RX but Sound Forge does not find them. I have added the additional paths for the VST's but it still will not find and show as available. Am I missing something?

Welcome to the Forums. with plugins in the Sony versions of SF (every version before 12), there is no 64 bit support, or vst 3 support...so if you installed the 64 bit versions, or vst 3 versions of those plugins, then they will not open in version 11. i don't think izotope stopped making 32 bit plugins a year and a half ago, but you may want to write izotope support about that to be sure.
To add a little to what @craig-d has written: iZotope plugins have indeed been 64 bit only for some time. They will not run in a 32 bit program unless you are prepared to buy and install something like jBridge. Although perhaps not the easiest to set up it allows 32 bit VSTs and VSTis to run in a 64 bit environment, and vice versa.
One caveat from me: I don't run any version of SF Pro but I do have other audio editing packages on my computer, both 32 bit and 64 bit, and I have been able to run VSTs etc of the "wrong bittage" in those packages.

FWIW, iZotope Elements Ozone-8 and RX-6 (VST-2) run normally on my Win 10 PC with SFP-10 though 15, and VP-9 and 16. They even run on my old Vista PC with SFP 10, 11 and VP-9. I do not have the current iZ versions.
