Ok I watched that tutorial good but nothing on putting text on a music video. Only info. about text was about putting in heading. I need to add text through out the video and some art work kind of like this video.

Text entry is all done through the Title tab options - they are not just for titles but any text you want to have anywhere on the video. There are also many videos on Youtube on how to do this - the principle technique is the same for all versions from MEP 15 onwards, however the options available may differ.

The artwork can be achieved by creating images in your favourite image editor which must support png export format, using the same or 2x the resolution as your project.

Create and save as png format with transparent background

Import these on to the timeline in MEP - using transparent background png images avoids have to use Chroma key effects and other tricks to get the image part you actually want.

MEP also has some 'artwork' available on the Effects tab, Design elements, Image objects subfolders.

To animate text image objects you need to learn how to use Keyframes - again there are tutorials in the forum tutorial section and on Youtube.
