Looking at your MediaInfo of the files, you have several different resolutions and audio codecs. Which one specifically is causing the issue? Have you tried exporting each file one at a time to see if they all export?

@Reyfox I don't know. I tested each file individually. Adding them one at a time. Thhey all worked fine. It wasn't untill I added a fade-out that there was an issue.

@johnebaker @johnebaker

As far as I know it is supported but I also notice the file on the C: drive and the others are on the D: drive.

Is it possible the the file is placed in the desktop space?

Ray.

@CubeAce

Hi Ray

. . . . Is it possible the the file is placed in the desktop space? . . . .

C:\Users\username\Music\ is the default path for the Music library in Windows (not in the Desktop folder).

@Lunacorva

Hi

Were the mp3 files captured from YouTube?

There has been a previous issue with LAME encoded files which was never resolved - try converting the mp3 files to WAV, either by importing each audio file into a new timeline in VPX and exporting as WAV, or use an audio converter such as MovAvi audio converter to convert to WAV. Then import these into the project add the fade out and export.

Did you try exporting the project without the mp3 files? If so what was the result?

Is the D:\ drive an internal drive or USB external drive?

If a USB external drive, try copying the video files to a folder inside your Documents folder and load them into a new project along with the the mp3 files and apply the fade out as before and export this.

Okaay. Where do I find the Support Header? or a Support Ticket?

Have you looked at the top of this page and seen the word SUPPORT?

Of course. That was the frst thing I clicked. It then irected me to the forums as the fastest way to get help. I never saw anything about a ticket.

If you saw the Forum button, then you had to have seen under it, Contact Support.

I saw that. I thought contacting support and getting a support ticket were two seperate things.
