@Alan-Hyatt If it is a Magix Soundpool, it should be added automatically to the Loops tab by downloading it from the in-app-shop. If you already have a non-commercial version installed you don't need to redownload it because the files are identical. Soundpools can be added manually by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner ot the Loops tab. If the loops came in a ZIP file you need to extract the ZIP file first via the right click menu in Windows explorer. Put the files in a folder of your choice.
If you use a loop pack from a different label than Magix you cannot add the files to the Loops tab and need to use the internal file browser or need to drag an drop the loop files from Windows Explorer into your project.
You can also use a sampler VST like Big Fish Audio Momentum if you have the VST-feature from the in-app-shop installed. This will give you a lot more possibilities and it is faster to modify and play your loops than by placing and editing them by hand in your project.
