@Lukasz-Jasek Yes, you can add it to Spotify. But don't try to register it with some sort of Content ID system. You own the rights to your song but you don't own the rights of the loops.

Lukasz-Jasek wrote on 2/10/2022, 4:09 PM

@SP. thank You. But should I add some Information that the song is done by Magix Music Maker 2022?

PATIENT-X wrote on 2/10/2022, 4:25 PM

@Lukasz-Jasek

Hello, Welcome

For your own benefit, you could say music produced using samples covered by a Commercial License in your music description.

Buy should i mention about Magix Music Maker?

@Lukasz-Jasek

Hi,

I bought Magix Music Maker with commercial licence.

How did you do that?

Music Maker is free. I have never found a commercial license for the program, only for Soundpools and Songs.

You have to purchase the commercial license from Producer Planet for each Soundpool that you use; the program does not give this right to you.

@browj2 i have found it on webside it is their offer https://sklep.pixonet.pl/magix-music-maker-premium-edition-2022-licencja-elektroniczna-komercyjna-p2193

They sell it with commercial licence. So now i don't know. I have paid a lot for it so i think that i have commercial licence. Is here someone who can confirm it?

SP. wrote on 2/12/2022, 2:29 PM

@Lukasz-Jasek You need to get a commercial license for each Soundpool you use in your Song.

You can see in your customer account at https://producerplanet.com/gb/account/purchases/ if you own a commercial license.

If you only use virtual instruments like Vita Instruments or DN-e1 or other VST instruments you don't need a commercial license.

@Lukasz-Jasek

Hi

I think the title is misleading on the website, as mentioned you need a commercial license for each soundpool you purchase. Yes there is the potential to create music commercially with said purchased license.

Can you confirm what you received?

I Would contact the website and question the titled Magix product.

@PATIENT-X It's not good because I posted my song on YouTube yesterday.  I was introduced to the error - who is to blame in this case? What you need from me to check it? For this amount of money I would buy a comercial version dubsteb that i have used 😞

Hi

You said you purchased Magix Music maker, what did you receive, did you receive soundpools, commercial license, etc, what did you actually pay for?

Hi

Looking at the website you linked to I think the program title is misleading, scrolling down further looking at what you get there is no mention of Commercial licencing - only 'Licencja elektroniczna' , ie a Digital licence (Electronic licence).

I suspect they have misinterpreted the Plus and Premium as being 'commercial licences' because there is a free version of the software.

@johnebaker I guess I was therefore misled.  I had the opportunity to buy a commercial version for individual soundpools, but the offer of the commercial version of this store convinced me to buy it.  they advertise with a big message: commercial version against the software :( what should I do? I was convinced that I have a commercial version so I added my song to YouTube and it uploads to Amuse.

SP. wrote on 2/13/2022, 6:41 AM

@Lukasz-Jasek Like I've already written you can see in your user account at https://producerplanet.com/gb/account/purchases/ which Soundpools you downloaded from the shop and buy the commercial license there.

Lukasz-Jasek wrote on 2/13/2022, 7:16 AM

@SP. thank you for solving my problem. I ve just purchase royalty free for soundpools i have used in my song. I hope that its not a problem that I have bought it after posting on youtube? My next question is: can you check my describtion of the song on youtube? Is it ok? Or i should write more?
