Can this plug-in be added on in Magix Music Maker 16? And if so, how do you do it? (TuneRealTime Tune Real-Time Plug-in) or (Wave tune real time)

MM version 16 is now very old; the latest release is version 29. So it is very unlikely that your version will run anything like successfully under any recent version of Windows.
However, are these plugins VSTs, NOT VST3s? Can you use VSTs in MM 16? If you can and there are trial versions of these plugins available you could test whether they can be used. (From personal experience, Waves plugins are not the easiest to use!)
