@Sandy-Nared1438 Please check that you are logged into your account. If it doesn't work you can open the program settings and click on the button to clean the store. Most of the time this will reset everything so it will work normal again.

@Sandy-Nared1438 Does the "More Tracks and Formats" add-on have the status "Acquired" in your shop? Do you have an order confirmation in your e-mail account from purchasing it in the past?

@Sandy-Nared1438 Okay, please contact support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to merge both of your user accounts. Then everything you purchased with your old e-mail address should be available to you again.
