Add different effects to same object

rolfalot2 wrote on 10/1/2014, 6:56 AM

HI. Is it possible to add different effects on the same object without spliting it? Lets say i put a wav-file in my track and i want it to have mono in the beginning and slowly to stereo in the middle and at the end i want it to pan right.... or something.

Maby i want to add things to the object while it plays (live mixing?) and it saves the changes.

Hi,

Try automation on the object. Right-click on the object, select Automation, Automation for this object (Ctrl+H) and you will be given a choice as to what you want to turn on to draw and automation curve or select one. Best is to read up on everything about Automation in the manual.

Thanks browj2 :) Ill do that :)

Any trick to edit tracks one by one while its playing? I think i saw that on youtube with another program years ago.... maby FL studio. This guy had his mixer and other stuff pressing and twisting buttons on the fly changing the track where he wanted. Or maby it was all tracks at once :)

Anyway.... thanks for helpful info browj2 :)

Hi,

As far as I know, no, you cannot do Automation on the fly in MMM. I believe that it can be done in Samplitude Music Studio, but I haven't tried it.
