Activation problem- serial numbers not working with Music Maker 2014/Music Studio 2

I purchased Music Maker 2014/Music Studio 2 last night... have tried repeatedly to activate products after installation, but serial numbers are not working. Firewall/anti-virus not an issue. My computer system and software are all compatible. Solution?

Serial #s should look like this P2-XXXXX-XXXXX.....and so on...you might get 2 or 3 of them....1 for MM2014 and 1 for MusiscStudio, and maybae 1 for the new guitar instrument. I got three, but downloading all the eextra goodies from Magix got me tahe guuitar and never asked for the activation code, but I have it just in case. Done properly, I have never had a problem that wasn't self induced.....fat fingers, atransposed numbers, O or 0...stuff like that. You can do a cut and paste and see if that works for you. Believe me, it should work. Lemme know
