activation limit

i need help with MAGIX MP3 deluxe 19

my computer is Alienware Area 51.

i have reached my activation limit and want to contact technical support to reset it.

i cannot find a link to an email to talk to someone.

how can i contact a human, i don't want to read lots of FAQ

@Domenic_b You can reset the activations of MP3 Deluxe 19 yourself in your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/

thanks SP, i went to https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/,

logged in and went to Create activation code. which then prompted me to fill in my details and i did but i dont know the answer to whats my ComputerID*

any help is appreciated.

@Domenic_b You don't need an activation code. You just go to "My Products" and select MP3 Deluxe 19 and then you deactivate one or two licenses. Then you should be able to register it on your computer.
