Activation issues

Hi, Please advise.

I have reinstalled Movie Studio 2023 Suite on my laptop and i'm now having an issue with using the software.

I copied the activation code which is on my accout and pasted it in the activation code, I had a green tick next to the activation code, when I entered the code.

Once in Movie Studio 2023 Suite, im unable to use all the features because an error message appears.

The error message is saying the activation code is incorrect. Please make sure that you have entered it correctly or Contact the Magix customer service:

The two error codes associated with serial numbers are:

Error code-14 which means you are using a valid serial number in the wrong product or edition

Check that you have downloaded the correct product and serial number from your account at magix.com
Error code-24 serial number is in use for another email address

Check for typos in the email address, or you are using the same email address as the product was originally registered with.

If the error message is not one of the above then please quote the error message in full inculding the error code or post a screenshot of the error message dialog.
